We have introduced a management system that is based on and satisfies the internationally accepted standards as well as the occupational health and safety rules. In addition, defined special processes meet the globally recognized NADCAP quality standard of the aerospace industry.

We accept no compromises when it comes to quality, because our products are safety-critical components. Our quality system is the basis for all activities of Leistritz.


Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We achieve this through zero-defect products, one hundred percent delivery reliability and a competent, friendly and open communication with the customer. Our 'zero-defect goal' is based on a high quality awareness and the excellent expertise of our employees as well as the use of modern quality assurance methods. Our training and further education is always up-to-date so that we can continue to live up to this claim. Clearly structured and planned processes in all parts of the company are the foundation.
