We accept no compromises when it comes to quality, because our products are safety-critical components. Our quality system is the basis for all activities of Leistritz.

We have introduced a management system that is based on and satisfies the internationally accepted standards ISO 9001:2008, AS 9100:2009 and ISO 14001:2004 as well as the occupational health and safety rules OHSAS 18001:2007.

To constantly improve and further develop this system is an obligation and incentive for us. Our production sites have obtained all of the certificates necessary to perform the production tasks and base their activities on these.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We achieve this through zero-defect products, one hundred percent delivery reliability and a competent, friendly and open communication with the customer. Our 'zero-defect goal' is based on a high quality awareness and the excellent expertise of our employees as well as the use of modern quality assurance methods. Our training and further education is always up-to-date so that we can continue to live up to this claim. Clearly structured and planned processes in all parts of the company are the foundation.

All our employees are constantly involved in the continuous improvement process. They are encouraged to develop ideas on their own or in a team so as to exploit further potentials in the business processes in accordance with the rules of quality management.
